What You'll Need:
(makes 2 dozen)
2 cup Graham Cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
12 tbsp butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
1 jar marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in muffin tins. Stir together Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until completely combined. Press crumb mixture in each liner, creating a cup. Add a scoop of marshmallow fluff to each cup, using two spoons. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until marshmallow is toasted golden. Set to cool.
Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium heat until the chocolate is completely melted and forms a glaze. Carefully spoon the ganache into a pastry bag (or ziploc bag with the end snipped off) and pipe across each cup.
Serve hot or cold- both delicious!
